Regarding your claim that Bach Technology ‘created the MP3 file’: I think Fraunhofer-Gesellshaft would like a word with you about that.

Bach Technology is not creator of MP3 file nor its algorithm.

MP3 format and technology was developed by University of Fraunhofer, Germany, as you can see on their MP3 history chart.
