		<description>Interesting looking for the government to help etrade - perhaps if the webretailers curbed their suicidal discounting and left some trade for the bricks and mortar shops then there would not be so much unemployment in the retail trade. Bring back the net book agreement. What about the government reducing bricks and mortar rates for a few years in order to save the economy.</description>
