LeWeb 2012 (Video): Kraft Gobbling Up Google+ Groupies

We talk with Kraft’s Bonin Bough about the company’s love of Google+ and what tech it is looking at exploiting in the coming years

Google hasn’t yet won round many of those sceptical of its social networking platform. Yet some big businesses are taking advantage of the Google+ platform to get their brand messages out.

Kraft Foods is one of those businesses. It recently overtook Barack Obama’s number of +1s, making it the most successful brand on the platform.

We caught up with Bonin Bough, vice president of global digital and consumer engagement at Kraft Foods, at LeWeb 2012 in London to talk about what Google+ can offer and what technologies the food giant expects to gain from in the years to come.

    So a maker of processed so-called food has more +1s than the only half decent president in my lifetime? That doesn’t tell us anything about Kraft or Obama. It tells us Google+ is shite.
